The Market Street bus station
Union Station. Where I arrived in Denver via train.
oh. and i dont know how to move the pictures below the entry sorry.
Yes. I will be departing for Beijing in less than 36 hours. I am very mixed in how I should feel. I feel almost neutral but I know that I am anxious, nervous and excited all at the same time as well. I have come to grow in comfort with who I am and what I will be teaching over in China. That is most likely only going to last until I start teaching that first day. Teaching. What is teaching? It is something that I believe I want to do with my life. Well I decide that I dont want to do that any more. My goal in life is to become a mentor. I want to teach, be taught and show love. As I mentor in China, I will have to be taught patience and understanding through love and forgiveness through the children. So a mentor I shall try to be. Well from that the other teams that are going to Hong Kong and Vietnam actually leave tomorrow morning so I was able to say by to some awesome people that ELIC has connected to me through this opportunity. As I get tired and a little weary from all the training and information my assurance becomes that much stronger. Well I am tired and I got a little sloppy with this entry because I took a little break to talk to my roomate of 3 days. Well Goodnight to all.
Here are a few pictures.

In Colorado.

So I was going to give you more information about ELIC and what exactly I am going to be doing in China. But I just ran out of time. I didn't pack until 3 o'clock Friday morning and I was to leave at 8:30 Friday morning. Oh well, it was worth it. I was able to see the Avett Brothers in concert for free. IT WAS AMAZING. the avett brothers are truly amazing and make beautiful music for a broken and sad world.

After packing was finished I made the trip by train to Denver, CO. Two words: Long, Experience. It was a long ride with many delays and hold ups. But it was an experience that was worth all 130 dollars. I am so blessed with the opportunities in my life and will remember that trip always. I remember the baby across the isle screaming to the family in front of me going on vacation to the Pastor and his wife and their friend Lucile that I was able to have as company for a 14.00 dollar dinner. It was worth the conversation if not the food. Crossing the Mississippi was an amazing view.

I just wanted to update you on the ride over and how everything came along. I also had the opportunity to find a bus that would take me to the airport alone. That was an adventure but a simple one at that. Once I arrived on Northern Colorado University's campus I was able to meet many awesome people but after a long initial meeting and social gathering I am exhausted and will be heading to bed.

I will post some pictures in the coming days of the trip out here and keep you informed of the training here in Colorado.

I dont know where to begin...

I am Josh Webb, a student at the Cornerstone University, and have been blessed with many friends and a loving family. Both that care for me tremendously. With this love I am preparing myself for a trip to China.

Not quite shure how I am truly got myself into this trip but I leave for Nothern Colorado University for training with an organization ELIC on Friday, July 3rd. It is something that I am not the slightest bit ready. There is nothing packed, nothing ready to be packed, and just me looking into the coming days with hope and faith.

As this trip goes on I will try to update you with all that is enhancing my life.

By Grace and Love.
